This coffee comes directly from Don Manuel and his wife, Jessenia. The farm rests at 1,400m above sea level in Jinotega, Nicaragua.

Manuel & Jessenia’s farm benefits from a cool microclimate, which allows for a slower maturation of the coffee cherries and thus sweeter, more complex flavors in the cup. Their sustainable farming practices, such as using worm compost, creates nutrient-packed soil for the coffee trees.
