Description

These organic Colombian beans are produced in the very northern part of Colombia by Sol Naciente. Sol Naciente was created in 2008 with the goal of uniting competing producers from the Sierra Nevada region. These producers come from two townships: Siberia and San Pedro. The majority of these producers are recognized victims of armed conflict and they are in a program for land restitution. Now that they regained their land, they use it to produce high-quality coffee!

This specialty lot is harvested between October and February at approximately 1,200 meters, fully washed and then laid out to dry – partly with the sun, and also with a solar-powered machine.
