Dark Matter consists of Indonesian and Central American beans. While the Indonesian coffee is wet-hulled in its processing, the Central American beans are washed. Both processes result in a clean cup, with notes of rich chocolate and a fuller body.
In this blend, the characteristics come not only from the beans, but also from the roast level. The Vienna roast brings out a robust, full body and smokiness. Dark Matter shines when milk or sugar combine to transform it into a rich, sweet experience.
