Description
Dark Matter consists of coffees from Indonesia and Central America. They are grown and processed quite differently, the Indonesian coffee being wet-hulled and the Central American washed. Roasted together, they result in a clean cup with notes of rich chocolate and a full body.
The characteristics in this blend are largely a result of the dark roast level, which brings out a robust, full body with a hint of smokiness. Dark Matter shines with milk or sugar transforming it into a sweet, well rounded palate.
