Description
This unique coffee is produced alongside the Acatenango Volcano in Antigua, Guatemala. The region of Antigua has been an international capital of coffee production since 1760. Coffee farmers have passed down their skills for generations.
Guatemala Capetillo consists entirely of the Pacamara varietal. Pacamara is a cross of two varietals: Pacas and Maragogipe, also known as the Elephant varietal. This type of coffee is known for its distinctively large size and outstanding flavor profiles. It is harvested from January to March, naturally-processed, and then sun-dried on patios.
