Description

These organic, fair-trade beans are grown in the region of Huehuetenango – the most western part of Guatemala, nearly on the Mexican border. Carmelino Figueroa Funes and his family belong to CODECH, a group of coffee-producing co-ops in Huehuetenango. The Funes family produces this micro-lot coffee with genuine care for quality and consistency.

These beans are grown at roughly 2000 MASL between November and March. They are washed and then sun-dried on the producers’ patios.
