Orion’s Roast consists of coffees originating from Sumatra and Colombia, which are roasted individually to maximize their natural flavors.

Coffees from Indonesia are known for their light earthiness, chocolate notes, and low acidity. They are wet-hulled, and roasted full-medium. The Colombia featured is a washed process roasted medium. While rich, it has a touch of brightness and sweet, mellow fruit. When combined at their ideal roast levels, it creates a wonderfully smooth aroma and taste.
