This delightful coffee comes from Las Nubes, which earns its name by being so high up that it’s situated in the clouds. More specifically, these Red Catuai beans are produced at Finca El Consuelo which is operated by Santos and Teresa. Along with coffee, they also produce oranges, mandarins, lemons, and bananas. Santos, Teresa, and their twelve children love showing their farm to roasters and coffee professionals. With increased income from coffee production, they are able to prevent diseases from affecting their coffee, buy better clothes for their children, and save for medical expenses.
